How do I choose my activity and level?<\/summary>

Read the formats, workshops and levels described on your event page. Activities and prerequisites may vary between editions. If you are unsure, specify the event and your question in the form below.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>

Who is Kids Day in Sainte-Foy for?<\/summary>

In Sainte-Foy, Kids Day is for young people aged 8 to 16 attending with clubs, schools or educational groups supervised by adults. See the Sainte-Foy page<\/a> for details.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>

Can I cancel my booking?<\/summary>

Under the terms and conditions, 100% of the ticket price is refunded more than 30 days before the event, 50% from 30 to 8 days before the event, and no refund is available from 7 days before the event. Any booking, service or ticketing fees are excluded. Requests must be sent in writing to info@safetyshreddays.com. Not attending without a prior cancellation request does not entitle you to a refund.<\/p>\n

What happens if I am ill or injured?<\/summary>

An exceptional request may be considered on presentation of a medical certificate. A certificate does not automatically entitle you to a refund: the association may take into account when the request is made and whether the place can be reassigned.<\/p>\n

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?<\/summary>

Tickets are issued in the participant\u2019s name. A transfer requires prior approval from the association, requested in writing at info@safetyshreddays.com sufficiently ahead of the event. The new participant must meet the requirements for the chosen activity and level. A transfer does not automatically allow a change of level, activity or package.<\/p>\n

Can the programme change depending on conditions?<\/summary>

Yes. For safety reasons, weather, snow or terrain conditions may lead to changes to groups, times, routes, activities or meeting points. An activity may be replaced or cancelled if it cannot take place safely. The decision rests with the association and the professionals supervising the event.<\/p>\n
